We are multi-dimensional beings. Our physical body is only a tip of the iceberg. It is slowly becoming generally accepted that people also have auric fields – which are primarily connected to our mind and emotions and other “energy” anatomies like chakras or meridians.
But if you truly want to discover your superpowers, there’s more beyond that. Your consciousness generates a number of another light bodies which are based on sacred geometry. The most commonly discussed one is MerKaBa (or sometimes spelled as Mer-Ka-Ba, Merkabah etc.).
The MerKaBa extends into all possible dimensions, and in each dimension uses the laws of that dimension to manifest.

Geometry
Here’s how a living MerKaBa looks like:
It is an electromagnetic field which is shaped like a flying saucer.
When you search for pictures of MerKaBa, you usually find only a single star-tetrahedron. But that is not the MerKaBa. It is just one of the geometries which create it.
For those who don’t know, the star-tetrahedron is a special arrangement of two tetrahedrons, when one is flipped upside down, rotated by 60° and inserted into the other one in a way so all the vertices touch a sphere. In fact, the star tetrahedron’s geometry comes from the Metatron’s Cube and the Metatron’s Cube comes from the Flower of Life:
The MerKaBa is generated by three star-tetrahedrons over-imposed over each other. One is neutral and it is literally the body. Another one is male, electrical and it is literally the mind. The third one is female, magnetic and it is literally the emotional body. If they were still they would look like one. The neutral star-tetrahedron is almost always fixed. The Male one may rotate horizontally one way and the Female one may rotate horizontally the other direction. If the Male and Female star-tetrahedrons rotate in very specific fractions of the speed of light, they start generating the real MerKaBa flying saucer-shaped electromagnetic field.
I choose to not specify the actual numbers and directions, because you don’t need to know it 🙂 If you wish to learn more, the Drunvalo’s book Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life goes into far more details.
Types
Dormant MerKaBa
Majority of people today don’t know about MerKaBa’s existence at all, let alone how to use it. It is dormant in their light field and doesn’t have any effect on their lives. It is like having a car without the engine being on.
Synthetic MerKaBa
Synthetic MerKaBa is created artificially using sequences of logical steps. To create one you typically have to meditate every day for at least 2 years in order to make it permanent.
If a dormant Mer-Ka-Ba is a car with engine off, the Synthetic MerKaBa would be something like a Flintstones car – it has most of the features of a real car, but you need to spend a substantial effort to keep it going. But it at least moves.
Spontaneous Living MerKaBa
This is the best choice. It is created through love from the tiny space of the Heart. Once it is activated in this natural way, it will stay alive for good by itself. It becomes a vehicle for your manifestation and multi-dimensional life in any way imaginable.
What can I do with a living MerKaBa?
- It allows you to travel from one dimension to another and to take your physical body with you (e.g. ascension).
- You can “program” it in a similar way as you can “program” crystals, but in a safer way.
- Unlike crystals, only you can change a program that you stored in your MerKaBa and there is no limits on number of “programs”
- It can be generalized that it can manifest anything you like with a condition that it is in a love vibration.
- Living MerKaBa is powered by love so trying to manifest something hurtful would pretty much automatically shut it down
- This is not a necessary condition for the Synthetic MerKaBa – but there have been so many fatal failures of the Synthetic MerKaBa that I even mention this possibility in this article purely as a “Please avoid” kind of idea.
The MerKaBa can be anything whatsoever, depending on what the consciousness within the MerKaBa decides. The only limitation it has depends on the memory, imagination and limits (belief patterns) held in consciousness.

For example, you can ask your MerKaBa to protect you from harmful effects of EMF wherever you go. Or you can ask it to support healing/alignment. Or you can ask it to amplify your intuition. Or to keep you warm. Whatever you choose as long as it doesn’t cause harm.
When you program it, it is just like talking to yourself, because it is part of your self. So you just tune into your MerKaBa and then ask it to do a certain job. And the less specific you can get to make it clear, the better (this is called a Female way of programming, because it utilizes magic rather than logic). E.g. Instead of “I want to bring dark clouds, and summon a lot of rain to put out the fire in Australia.” I recommend to say “Please make the Australia fire stop in the best way at the best time for the highest good possible.” Because it will listen to you word by word and just like that you can e.g. cause floods because you forgot to tell your MerKaBa when to stop the rain 😀
How to activate MerKaBa?
I don’t recommend to activate a Synthetic MerKaBa at all. It is tedious and potentially dangerous. To give you an idea how much a huge synthetic external MerKaBa played a critical role in the fall of Atlantis. If you ever see an online meditation on activation of MerKaBa, it is most likely gonna be the synthetic one. Especially if it tells you to focus on the tetrahedrons in any way, it is definitely the Synthetic MerKaBa creation. You don’t want that. For activation of the Living one you don’t need to know anything about the tetrahedrons or how they spin.
On the other hand the Spontaneous Living MerKaBa is completely safe because it is in balance with nature and powered by love.
Since the edge of 2019 and 2020, our vibrations have started dramatically rising and humanity consciousness really awakens. The Earth is preparing us for the ascension process and a side effect of that is that your MerKaBa can jump start spontaneously completely by itself as you tune yourself more towards the frequency of unconditional love. There is however another, more conscious way:

External Living MerKaBa
Also known as the Surrogate MerKaBa is one which doesn’t have its center aligned with the axis of your body. Once you know how to create your own MerKaBa, you can choose to create another one e.g. for your home and give it programs relevant to your home. This can be useful to protect your home, hold space for workshops and ceremonies etc.
The external MerKaBa is very closely connected to you so you need to some attention to it.
Maintaining MerKaBa
Your own Living MerKaBa doesn’t require any special attention although you can nourish it be occasionally connecting to it (or simply remembering it) and send it more love.
The external MerKaBa needs to be nourished by your intention and love in a similar rate as you would water indoor flowers.
